Keralam CM Calls for Harmony During Eid al-Adha Celebrations

Keralam Chief Minister VD Satheesan extended greetings on Eid al-Adha, attended community prayers, and met with Indian Union Muslim League State President, Syed Sadikali Shihab Thangal. MLA and IUML National General Secretary PK Kunhalikutty accompanied Satheesan during the visit.
Addressing reporters, Satheesan expressed happiness over his first visit to Malabar since taking office. He emphasized the need for communal harmony and wished for celebrations free from caste and religious differences, aiming for a united Kerala.
During the festival, prayers held across Keralam echoed calls for unity. Religious scholar VP Suhaib Moulavi urged communal harmony and the rejection of divisive actions, stressing respect for all communities. The emphasis was also placed on fostering value-based education.
