Teenage Suspect Shot and Captured After Attacking Police Officer

In a dramatic confrontation in Pappakudi, a 17-year-old suspect was shot and apprehended after allegedly attacking a police Sub Inspector with a sharp weapon.

The incident unfolded when law enforcement attempted to intervene in a scuffle, leading to the teenager's violent assault on the officer.

Both the officer and the suspect have been hospitalized at Tirunelveli Government Medical College Hospital, as a formal case is now under investigation.
