Singhvi argued that the Constitution is being manipulated as a tool of domination and warned that democratic principles such as liberty, fraternity, and equality are at risk. He further criticized institutional failures, media manipulation, and judiciary delays, describing the situation as a constitutional crisis.
Calling for a renewed commitment to the Constitution, Singhvi urged the Congress to reclaim political spaces and protect democratic frameworks. He emphasized that this struggle requires public engagement, political courage, and a steadfast belief in constitutional values, pledging that Congress will stand firm in defending India's democracy.
