Union Minister Giriraj Singh strongly criticized the Congress party's historical governance, particularly on national security, during a conversation with ANI in Begusarai. Singh accused Rahul Gandhi of acting like an 'urban Naxal,' implying this stance reflects on the Congress's broader outlook.
Singh disparaged comments from former Finance Minister P. Chidambaram, arguing that the Congress viewed Pakistan as a vote bank rather than a threat. He juxtaposed the past Congress administration with the current government, lauding hypothetical actions of Prime Minister Modi during previous incidents.
He then turned to commend the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on its centennial, appreciating its pivotal national roles. RSS's role in past crises was emphasized, with both Singh and PM Modi acknowledging its contributions to nation-building.
